Fuel Passes are simple one-time purchases. If something is wrong, contact Bekbeka quickly so the payment can be matched and resolved.

One-Time Purchases

Fuel Passes are one-time purchases. There is no active recurring billing or subscription on Bekbeka at this stage.

Refund Window

Duplicate, mistaken, or incorrectly referenced payments can be reviewed for refund when reported within 7 days. If a listed paid benefit is not delivered, Bekbeka will either correct the issue or refund the affected purchase.

After Delivery

After an email receipt, requested supporter credit, or listed update has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.

Cancellations

No recurring Fuel Pass billing is currently active. If subscriptions are added later, readers will be able to cancel before the next billing date by contacting Bekbeka.
